The greatest strength of Schiffstechnik Buchloh is its expert crew. It consists of highly motivated, highly trained shipbuilding engineers, experienced in all aspects of building inland navigation vessels, who are able to think ahead, despite the complexity of this task. They keep in mind, for example, the requirements of mechanical engineering. They know which type of ship needs which type of propulsion system, where it has to be located and which dimension it has to have.
Additionally, our fine engineering crew is supported by our company’s administration team. The team, praised by so many of our customers, is responsible for the smooth execution of our projects.
We are capable of doing many things in shipbuilding, but not everything. Therefore Schiffstechnik Buchloh has formed a network with other specialised companies. For example, these partners, for many years trusted associates, take over model testing for us, or cooperate with us in such areas as vibration protection, sound insulation and electrical installations.
